In San Francisco, President Lee announced the San Francisco AI Declaration, aiming to position Korea as a key player in the global AI supply chain. The visit also included discussions with major tech companies and Korean corporations about a semiconductor partnership valued at USD 950 billion. In Brazil, President Lee emphasized defense industry cooperation, while in Chile, he focused on modernizing a free trade agreement and strengthening strategic partnerships. The tour also included engagements with ethnic Korean communities in each country.
