A Massachusetts man, Justin Jedrey, 18, and his passenger, Nikol Muka, 18, are facing multiple charges following a high-speed police chase on Interstate 95 in Greenland, New Hampshire. The incident occurred late Friday night when a New Hampshire State Police trooper attempted to stop a Hyundai Elantra traveling over 100 mph. The driver refused to stop, leading to a pursuit. The chase was temporarily halted for public safety when the vehicle exited the highway into Portsmouth. However, the pursuit resumed shortly after when the vehicle was located again. Troopers eventually deployed tire deflation devices to safely conclude the chase. Jedrey faces several charges, including felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, and multiple misdemeanors. Muka is charged with unlawful possession and intoxication.
