Flash Flood Warnings and Severe Thunderstorms Impact Central Ohio
Central Ohio is experiencing an active weather pattern with flash flood warnings and severe thunderstorms affecting multiple counties, including Franklin, Delaware, and Licking. As of August 10, 2026, heavy rainfall of 1.5 to 2 inches has already been recorded in some areas, with additional rainfall expected overnight. Wind gusts of up to 70 mph have been reported, causing power outages for thousands of residents.
