Utah Police Issue AMBER Alert for Missing Toddlers Believed Abducted by Father
Two toddlers from Utah, Will Richman, 22 months, and Wesley Richman, 10 months, are missing and believed to be in 'imminent danger of serious bodily harm or death.' Their father, Dane Stephen Richman, is suspected of abducting them after failing to attend a scheduled custody exchange. Authorities suspect that Richman, who is described as 'seriously depressed' and facing financial difficulties, may have crossed into Mexico from San Diego. An AMBER Alert was issued on May 16 by the Utah Department of Public Safety, detailing the children's descriptions and the vehicle they are believed to be in—a Black Toyota Camry with a Utah license plate A561HL. The alert was triggered after the children's mother reported them missing when Richman did not return them as agreed.
