Zelensky and Erdogan Agree to Enhance Security Cooperation and Develop Gas Projects
President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey have reached an agreement to deepen security cooperation and develop joint gas projects. The leaders discussed bilateral relations, the situation in Europe and the Middle East, and practical steps for implementing joint projects in building gas infrastructure and developing gas fields. Zelensky emphasized the political willingness to work together, with teams set to finalize technical details in the coming days. This agreement follows Zelensky's recent visits to Middle Eastern countries, where he established cooperation channels with nations like Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, focusing on threats from Iranian drones and air attack defenses.
