The eight-bedroom home, previously used as a two-family rental, was condemned following a three-alarm blaze that caused an estimated $1.5 million in damage. The property remained boarded up while the owners dealt with insurance claims before deciding to sell. Despite the damage, the listing attracted significant interest from developers and investors, leading to a quick sale. The new owners are expected to renovate the existing structure rather than demolish it.
