Semi-Truck Collision Causes Fire and Interstate Closure in Robertson County
A collision between two semi-trucks on Interstate 65 North in Robertson County, Tennessee, resulted in a fire and the temporary closure of the highway. The incident occurred near mile marker 105 at approximately 6:30 a.m. One of the trucks caught fire, which spread to the other truck's trailer, loaded with paper products. Emergency services, including fire crews and the Tennessee Department of Transportation, responded to the scene to extinguish the fire and manage traffic. The highway was closed for several hours, with traffic diverted until one lane reopened around 9:30 a.m., and both lanes were fully operational by 11 a.m.
