Crowd Breaks Doors at King of Prussia Mall for Swatch Release, Police Intervene
A large crowd gathered at the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania before sunrise, eager for the release of a new Swatch product. The situation escalated when some individuals broke down doors in an attempt to enter the mall before its official opening. Upper Merion Township police responded to the scene, deploying approximately 100 officers to manage the crowd and prevent further damage. Despite the chaos, no injuries were reported, and one person was arrested for defiant trespassing. The mall plans to reopen at noon, but the Swatch store will remain closed for the day.
