Northbrook School District 28 celebrated the opening of a new gymnasium at Meadowbrook Elementary School, marking the first completed project after a $94.9 million referendum was passed by voters. The gymnasium is part of the district's Build 28 master facilities plan, aimed at revitalizing school infrastructure. The gym, designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, features enhanced wood flooring, a premium sound system, and designated restrooms.
