This initiative aims to attract highly trained professionals to critical duty locations across the United States, including several in Vermont. The incentives are structured as up to $15,000 per year for a three-year service contract in specific locations such as Beecher Falls, Derby Line, Highgate Springs, Norton, and Richford in Vermont.
