Justin Emmett Doyle, a respected attorney and former U.S. Navy Lieutenant, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026, in Canton, MA, surrounded by his family. Born in Rochester, NY, in 1935, Doyle had a distinguished career that spanned law, international service, and family devotion. After graduating from the University of Rochester and Cornell University Law School, he served in the U.S. Navy, which fueled his lifelong interest in international affairs. Doyle later worked as a corporate and tax attorney in Rochester before joining the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where he served in Egypt and Botswana. He retired as Force Counsel to the Multinational Force & Observers, a treaty organization established by the Camp David Accords. Doyle is survived by his wife, Deborah, their children, and grandchildren.
