Gates Foundation and Partners Launch Fund to Innovate U.S. Postsecondary Education
The Gates Foundation, along with several other philanthropic organizations, has launched the Innovative Postsecondary Models (IPM) Fund, managed by Panorama Global. This fund is designed to support organizations that are rethinking the design, delivery, financing, and assessment of postsecondary education in the United States. The IPM Fund aims to identify and support innovative education models that can improve learner outcomes, reduce financial barriers, and better connect education with employment opportunities. The fund is particularly focused on expanding access for underserved learners and informing the broader field of postsecondary education. Organizations interested in applying for funding must submit their proposals by September 14, 2026. The fund plans to award 7 to 10 grants, each ranging from $750,000 to $1,000,000, for projects that align with its goals.
