Cecil College PTA Graduates Achieve High Exam Pass Rates and Employment Success
Cecil College recently celebrated the graduation of its 2026 Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) class with a White Coat Pinning Ceremony at the Technology Center on its North East campus. This event marked the completion of the academic and clinical training for students in the college's accredited PTA program. The program, which began in January 2015, received a full 10-year accreditation in October 2021 due to its strong long-term outcomes. Dr. Nancy Norman-Marzella, dean of health, human and business sciences at Cecil College, highlighted the graduates' commitment to patient care and professional excellence. The program boasts a 100% pass rate on the National Physical Therapy Exam and a 100% employment rate, attributed to strong clinical partnerships with regional physical therapy providers.
