Louisville Man Arrested for Allegedly Shooting and Stealing Flock Cameras from Park
Christopher Embry, a Louisville man, was arrested this weekend for allegedly shooting and stealing Flock cameras from Riverview Park in the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood. Embry, 35, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to multiple charges, including first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree criminal trespassing, firing a gun across a public road, tampering with physical evidence, and receiving stolen property. The incident reportedly occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, where Embry is accused of not only shooting a Flock camera but also firing at two Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies patrolling the area and towards other people in the park. During a subsequent search of Embry's home, investigators found five damaged Flock cameras or parts, valued at approximately $4,850, along with several guns, including the one believed to have been used in the shooting.
