Ukrainian Drone Strikes on Russia Result in Fatalities and Infrastructure Damage
A significant Ukrainian drone strike on Russia has resulted in the deaths of at least four individuals, including three near Moscow, according to local authorities. The attack, one of the largest since the onset of the war, also caused injuries to a dozen people and damaged infrastructure. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the strikes, describing them as justified responses to recent Russian attacks on Kyiv. The strikes targeted various locations, including Khimki and Pogorelki, causing fatalities and damage to high-rise buildings. Russian defenses reportedly shot down numerous drones, with over 1,000 being neutralized in a 24-hour period.
