Ukrainian Forces Use Flamingo Missiles to Strike Russian Military Plant, Causing Casualties
Ukrainian forces have launched an attack using Flamingo missiles on the VNIIR-Progress plant in Cheboksary, Russia. According to the Institute for the Study of War, six missiles struck the plant, which is part of a military-industrial complex. Additionally, a long-range drone crashed into a residential building, resulting in two deaths and 32 injuries, as reported by Russian state media outlet RIA Novosti. The VNIIR-Progress plant, which produces navigation elements for Russian military equipment, has been targeted multiple times by Ukrainian drones in the past year, causing temporary production halts.
