Helen Keller Services Announces 2026 AccessAbility Award Recipients for Advancing Accessibility
Helen Keller Services (HKS) has announced the five recipients of its 2026 AccessAbility Awards, recognizing organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to advancing accessibility for individuals who are blind, DeafBlind, or have low vision, as well as the broader disability community. The honorees include Canon U.S.A., Inc. for its innovative printing technology that creates tactile experiences; Dot Inc. for its Dot Pad X multiline braille and tactile graphics display; The Indianapolis Public Library’s Michigan Road Branch for its inclusive workplace culture; OXO for its decades-long commitment to universal design in household products; and Rylo (formerly Nagish) for its real-time communication technology for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. These awards, now in their sixth year, highlight leaders who view accessibility as a catalyst for better design, expanded opportunity, and full participation in community life.
