Extreme Cold Warning Issued for Tri-State Area, Posing Severe Health Risks

The cold front is also expected to bring additional snowfall, exacerbating the challenges faced by residents. New York City has activated a Code Blue warning, implementing emergency protocols to protect vulnerable populations.
