UAMS College of Medicine Prepares Arkansas' Future Doctors Amid Health Challenges
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is at the forefront of training the next generation of doctors in Arkansas, led by Dr. Ron Robertson. As the state's only academic health center, UAMS combines patient care, education, and research to address the region's health needs. Dr. Robertson, a trauma surgeon with decades of experience, has recently been appointed as the dean of the College of Medicine.
