Laramie County Health Inspections Reveal Multiple Violations
The Cheyenne-Laramie County Health Department conducted inspections of various food establishments, revealing several violations. The Plains Hotel had six violations, including improper temperature control and evidence of rodent activity. Other establishments, such as Scooter's and Big D #29, also had minor violations. The health department conducts unannounced inspections twice a year to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Critical violations are addressed immediately, while non-critical issues are monitored for future compliance.
