New RNA-seq Technology Enhances Understanding of Immune Signaling in Cancer
Scientists at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, in collaboration with other institutions, have introduced CIPHER-seq, a novel RNA sequencing technology that enables simultaneous quantification of intracellular proteins and transcriptomes. This technology provides a more complete view of real-time immune signaling, which could advance cancer research and improve immunotherapy design.
