The video, obtained by TMZ, shows a man matching Wells's description on a boat, potentially marking the last known sighting of him before his disappearance. The footage, recorded at 2:23 PM, shows a man in swim trunks similar to those Wells was wearing, surrounded by partygoers on a boat anchored in shallow water. This video has been handed over to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office for further investigation. Wells's body was discovered on July 6 on the Horn Island shoreline, and his family is conducting an independent investigation, including an autopsy, to uncover the circumstances surrounding his death.
