Seattle Judge Sues Trump Administration Over Unlawful Dismissal as U.S. Attorney
Former King County Superior Court Judge Roger Rogoff has filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump and senior Justice Department officials, arguing his firing less than an hour after being sworn in as U.S. attorney for the Western District of Washington violated federal law and the U.S. Constitution.
