Singapore GDP grows 5.9% y/y in Q2, government raises 2026 forecast on AI boom
SINGAPORE, Aug 11 (Reuters) - Singapore's economy grew 5.9% in the second quarter of 2026 from a year earlier, government data showed on Tuesday, higher than an official advance estimate of 5.7%. For the first half of the year, GDP growth was 6.1%, the Trade Ministry said.
