Bronx Fentanyl Mill Busted, Seizing $1 Million in Drugs Labeled 'Game of Death'
Federal agents have busted a fentanyl mill in the Bronx, arresting seven individuals and seizing narcotics with an estimated street value of $1 million. The raid, which followed a long-term Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) investigation, uncovered packages labeled 'Game of Death' filled with fentanyl. Agents conducting surveillance outside a Bronx Blvd. apartment building observed two suspects carrying a brown paper bag enter a Honda CRV. After searching the vehicle and finding narcotics, the two men were arrested, and a key to a nearby apartment was seized. Inside the apartment, agents discovered four men and one woman operating an active fentanyl packaging mill. Law enforcement recovered tens of thousands of glassines believed to contain fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia. Field tests confirmed the presence of fentanyl, with DEA laboratory analysis pending. Narcan was found taped to the apartment walls, suggesting awareness of the drug's potency among the operators.
