CNN Appoints Stefano Pozzebon as Rome Correspondent to Enhance European News Coverage
CNN has appointed Stefano Pozzebon as its new international correspondent based in Rome. Pozzebon, an award-winning Italian journalist, will cover major news stories in Italy and across Europe for CNN’s linear and digital platforms. He will collaborate with CNN Vatican Correspondent Christopher Lamb, who focuses on the Vatican and the papacy. Pozzebon has a background in International Journalism from City University, London, and is fluent in multiple languages including English, Spanish, and Portuguese. His previous roles include contributions to CNN from Bogota, Colombia, and Caracas, Venezuela, where he played a key role in covering Latin American news. Pozzebon has been recognized for his work, including being named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Italy list in 2017 and receiving a nomination for a Livingston Award in 2016.
