Woman Sustains Life-Threatening Injuries in Dodge County Semi-Truck Crash
A 68-year-old woman from Cable, Wisconsin, was flown to a Madison hospital with life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck in Dodge County. The incident occurred on Friday night at approximately 7:55 p.m. at the intersection of County Highway A and County Highway W in the town of Oak Grove. According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO), the woman, driving a 2020 Ford Edge, failed to yield the right-of-way from a stop sign while traveling eastbound on County Highway W. Her vehicle then collided with a southbound semi tractor-trailer on County Highway A. Two juvenile passengers in the Ford Edge sustained minor injuries and were also transported to Marshfield Medical Center. The 71-year-old male driver of the semi, from Milton, Wisconsin, was assessed by EMS at the scene and released without significant injury.
