A tragic plane crash in Texas has resulted in the deaths of five members of a pickleball club, including a school tennis star and a trauma counselor. The Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed that the victims were aboard a Cessna 421C that crashed in Texas Hill Country. The aircraft, piloted by Justin Appling, was en route from Amarillo to New Braunfels National Airport when it crash-landed in Wimberley. The victims, who were part of the Amarillo Pickleball Club, were traveling to participate in a tournament.
