The 'Watcher' house in Westfield, NJ, known for the mysterious letters sent to its previous owners, was sold in 2019 after languishing on the market for five years. The house, a 1905 Dutch Colonial, was initially purchased by Derek and Maria Broaddus in 2014, who received threatening letters from an anonymous stalker. Despite several price cuts, the house struggled to sell until it was bought by a local resident familiar with its history.
