Philly Woman Honors Late Mother at Lung Force Walk and Pursues Respiratory Therapy Career
Emily Dayton, a resident of the Philadelphia area, is set to honor her late mother, Cathleen, by participating as a captain in the Lung Force Walk at the Philadelphia Zoo. Cathleen passed away in 2024 due to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Inspired by her mother's battle with the disease, Emily is also pursuing a career in respiratory therapy.
