El Chapo's Wife Shares Personal Update Amid Husband's Legal Struggles
Emma Coronel Aispuro, the wife of notorious drug lord Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán, has been actively sharing glimpses of her personal life on social media. Recently, she posted a video of herself performing pull-ups at a gym in California, which garnered positive reactions from her followers. This comes in the wake of a U.S. District Judge dismissing her husband's repeated pleas for a new trial and extradition to Mexico. Guzmán, who is serving a life sentence in a Colorado maximum-security prison, had sent several handwritten letters to the court, which were deemed to lack legal merit. Coronel Aispuro, who was sentenced to three years in prison for drug trafficking and money laundering, is currently on supervised release and has been involved in various public endeavors, including a modeling debut and a business venture.
