Jerome Glass Appointed to Lead Civil Service Transformation in Cabinet Office
Jerome Glass, formerly the Chief Operating Officer at the Home Office, has been appointed to a new director general role in the Cabinet Office. This position combines the roles of government chief people officer and director general for reform and efficiency. Glass will lead efforts to transform the civil service, focusing on improving delivery, innovation, productivity, and fostering a culture of pride.
