CoreMarine and Jumbo Offshore Secure FLNG Installation Contract in Argentina, Boosting Gas Export Capacity
CoreMarine and Jumbo Offshore have been awarded a significant contract to transport, install, and hook up floating LNG (FLNG) infrastructure offshore Argentina. This project, commissioned by Southern Energy S.A. (SESA), aims to enhance the gas export capacity in the Golfo San Matías. The project is supported by a consortium that includes Pan American Energy, YPF, Pampa Energía, Harbour Energy, and Golar LNG. The scope of work encompasses engineering, transportation, offshore installation, and pre-commissioning of the mooring systems, as well as riser installation, subsea construction, and final hook-up of the FLNG units.
