The town's regulations require home-based enterprises to be conducted within an occupied dwelling or accessory building on the same property, and the use must be customary, incidental, and subordinate to the residential use. The proposed commercial dog-walking business on a 50-acre tract, which includes a 10-acre parcel with an unoccupied dwelling and an adjoining vacant 40-acre tract, does not meet these criteria.
