Investigators reported finding the cocaine packaged for distribution. In addition to the cocaine, McCall is also accused of possessing over 16 ounces of cannabis. He faces multiple charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of cannabis, and various traffic violations. McCall was arraigned in Albany City Court on the same Wednesday. The traffic stop and subsequent arrest were carried out by the Sheriff's Community Oriented Policing Effort (SCOPE) unit.
