Nancy Mace Reveals Tattoos and Launches Podcast Following Political Setbacks
Representative Nancy Mace, a South Carolina Republican, has launched a new podcast titled 'Get MACED' and revealed a collection of previously hidden tattoos. The tattoos, which include a Virginia Woolf quote, the word 'Justice,' and an image of Jesus Christ, were largely concealed during her public appearances in Congress. Mace disclosed in a Politico profile earlier this year that she acquired nine tattoos in rapid succession during a tumultuous period when her congressional staff departed and she made allegations of 'heinous crimes against women,' including rape, against her ex-fiancé and three other men. She described the tattooing process as providing 'the pain that I need to feel.' Her podcast features archival photographs and footage showcasing her ink, which she accumulated over several years, with the first nine dating back to 2023 and 2024 during her time in Congress.
