The suspect, identified as Cole Tomas Allen, allegedly rushed a security checkpoint at the event with multiple weapons, prompting gunfire. CNN's media analyst Brian Stelter identified Glantz in the footage, describing him as a 'super-agent.' Glantz, who represents CNN's Wolf Blitzer, expressed feeling safe due to the heavy police presence. Blitzer recounted being close to the gunman and described the situation as frightening. The suspect is not cooperating with authorities, and one Secret Service agent was injured but has been released from the hospital.
