Montpelier Alive Launches Grant Program to Foster Community Ties Through Neighborhood Parties

The initiative, part of the Capital Connection program, offers grants ranging from $200 to $500 to support community-building events. The application deadline is August 3, and the grants are available to individuals, neighborhood groups, and community organizers planning gatherings such as block parties, potlucks, and community cookouts. The program emphasizes inclusivity and aims to strengthen community resilience by fostering connections among residents.
