Astros Roster Moves: McCullers to IL; Meyers, Pearson Activated
The Houston Astros starter was scratched from his scheduled start today vs. Minnesota. The Astros have placed RHP Lance McCullers Jr. on the 15-day IL (retro 5/16) due to right shoulder inflammation. The team also optioned UT Shay Whitcomb to Triple-A Sugar Land. Houston has reinstated CF Jake Meyers and RHP Nate Pearson from the Injured List. […]
