Immigration Attorney Alexandra Lozano Accused of Fraud, Thousands Face Deportation Risk
Immigration attorney Alexandra Lozano, who branded herself as 'the miracle lawyer,' is facing allegations of widespread fraud, potentially jeopardizing the immigration status of tens of thousands of her clients. Clients, many of whom are largely Mexican and undocumented, paid Lozano significant fees, such as $15,000 for a path to citizenship, after being drawn in by her advertisements featuring religious imagery and promises of quick residency. However, three years later, many clients, including Angelina and Leo, have seen no progress, and some are now at risk of deportation. According to a Washington State Bar Association disciplinary filing, complaints against Lozano began in 2024, alleging improper handling and filing of immigration cases. Lozano resigned from the Washington State Bar in June in lieu of discipline and agreed to surrender her law licenses in other jurisdictions.
