Winter Storm Warning: Up to 20 Inches of Snow Expected in Oregon, Washington, and Utah

The storm is expected to bring up to 20 inches of snow, strong winds, and icy conditions, making travel hazardous. The warnings are in effect from Tuesday and could last until Thursday. In Oregon, the eastern slopes of the Cascades may receive 6 to 12 inches of snow, while the northern and central Cascades could see 12 to 20 inches. Washington's Cascades are predicted to experience similar conditions, with up to 20 inches of snow and winds reaching 45 mph. Utah's central and southern mountains are under a winter weather advisory, with up to 8 inches of snow expected, particularly in areas above 9,000 feet.
