Armed Suspect Arrested at Southern California Golf Course Ahead of President Trump's Visit
An armed suspect, Jeanine John Taele, was arrested at the Trump National Golf Club in Southern California, days before President Trump was scheduled to visit. Federal agents observed Taele taking photographs and monitoring security activities at the golf course. Upon investigation, deputies found a 16-round magazine in his possession and a loaded pistol in his vehicle. A subsequent search of Taele's residence uncovered additional firearms, body armor, and concerning materials. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is reviewing the case to determine charges. Taele has pled not guilty, with bail set at $250,000, and a preliminary hearing scheduled for later this month.
