Boston Airport Introduces Remote TSA Screening Facility for Travelers
Boston's Logan Airport has launched a new initiative allowing Delta and JetBlue passengers to check in and clear TSA security at a remote facility in Framingham, Massachusetts, starting June 1. This facility, operated by Landline, offers a unique service where passengers can park at a lower cost than at Logan, drop off their bags, and clear security before boarding a bus that takes them directly to the airport past security. This is the first remote airport screening facility in North America, designed to alleviate congestion at the airport and provide a more convenient option for travelers. The service includes eight bus departures daily, with plans to increase frequency as demand grows. The initiative aims to connect the airport more directly with surrounding communities, offering a streamlined travel experience.
