According to Lodging Econometrics, the region's total pipeline includes 755 projects and 113,663 rooms. Mexico leads with 247 projects, followed by Brazil and the Dominican Republic. The luxury segment shows the strongest growth, with 142 projects. Key cities with the largest pipelines include Mexico City, Lima, and Georgetown. Renovation and conversion activities remain robust, with 150 projects underway. The first quarter saw 14 new hotels open, with more expected by year-end.
