Mother Arrested After Four Children Found Unattended in Unsafe Home in Memphis

A Memphis, Tennessee mother, Keenia Haynes, faces four counts of child neglect after police found four of her eight children, including two unresponsive infants, left alone in a dirty home without air conditioning. A passenger in the suspect's vehicle initially refused medical treatment but later went to the hospital. The Harris County Sheriff's Office assisted ICE in the pursuit, and deputies used a K9 unit to track the suspect, but the scent was ultimately lost.
