Known for his passion for photography and motorsports, Pavel participated as an official race photographer at the event. His presence, accompanied by a security detail, quickly went viral on social media, capturing the interest of racing enthusiasts. Pavel, who assumed the presidency in March 2023, has a history of engaging in motorsport photography, having previously covered events like Le Mans 24 and Moto GP. His photographs have been showcased at the National Technical Museum in Prague, and a photo album he produced was auctioned for nearly $50,000 for charity.
