During the altercation, the 34-year-old man sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his arm and upper chest but was later released from the hospital. Deounoudjou was also inadvertently shot in the leg and received hospital treatment. He has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Code Enforcement subsequently inspected the property and ordered its closure due to licensing and permitting violations, with the property owner also cited for multiple operational infractions.
