Colby's Army Dedicates New Arena to Mark 10th Anniversary in Cheatham County
Colby's Army, a nonprofit organization, is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary in Ashland City and Cheatham County with a special event on April 11, 2026. The celebration will include the dedication of a new 70-by-110-foot covered arena, which will be used for equestrian services and various community events. The arena was funded through donations, and fundraising efforts are ongoing to add features such as lights, fans, and fencing. The event will feature a special presentation, food, games, and activities for families, as well as tours and visits with therapy animals. Colby's Army provides services such as homeless outreach, peer support, therapeutic riding, and equine-assisted learning.
