Nor’easter Causes Flooding, Power Outages in Northeast
A powerful nor’easter has impacted the U.S. Northeast, causing widespread flooding, power outages, and travel disruptions. As of Saturday night, over 73,000 homes and businesses in states like Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania were still without power, with earlier outages affecting more than 100,000 customers. The storm has also led to over 400 flight cancellations and thousands of delays. Governors in New York and New Jersey declared states of emergency, and Connecticut activated its Emergency Operations Center to address the storm's impact.
