Blair Tonzelli Photo Remained on Raymond Horsch's Website as Police Probe Links Property to Missing Women
A nude photograph of Blair Tonzelli, a woman reported missing in February 2023, appeared on local pornographer Raymond 'R.C.' Horsch's website for years, including after her disappearance was reported. The image, showing Tonzelli with what appears to be a black eye and blood on her lip, was uploaded by Horsch around 2020 and remained a prominent feature on his site. Tonzelli was last seen at Horsch's home in Kensington in the summer of 2022. Police did not appear to investigate the connection between Horsch and Tonzelli's disappearance until June of this year, when Horsch's son, Eugene, was arrested with a woman carrying a fake ID in Tonzelli's name. This discovery led to a two-month search of Horsch's home, where disturbing evidence, including 'graphic and dark' photos, videos, and writings, was found.
